Fudge
The house next door recently sold after several months on the market, my wife met the new neighbour today, she is a young girl and apparantly she has bought the house to do up and sell on. And whats more, poor old dad is going to be doing all the work in his spare time. This will be interesting to see she if can sell or not and how much she will make or lose. This could be part of a tax dodge trick I’ve seen done before. Flippers put their daughters in places of which they declare is their sole place of residence.
