Aghast Posted March 21, 2020 Share Posted March 21, 2020 Been looking in E17 for a while, nothing seems to have dented that market which is a pain in the **** frankly. Stuff selling in a week, dozens of people viewing and prices just getting ludicrous. Even the threat of a big recession and London under lockdown hasn't stopped it, on Zoopla stuff is mostly sold in the sub 450 bracket, even in a week.
