    So, There is a new estate being built on the edge of the village I live in. Hardore NIMBY activity, it went to appeal and it was “lost”. So fast forward three years, and it’s well underway. On Rightmove, as it’s new, it doesn’t show up on the village search. I’ve never really followed how it is going. But today, had a look. 20odd homes occupied so far, four are on as “to rent”. The four on offer happen to be the latest batch of homes released, so I don’t know how many of the other 20-odd have been BTL, but it seems a coincidence that I note that the latest 6-or-so homes that were released,, there are four to rent.
