How will your region be affected by Brexit? Daily Mail

    That’s fantastic news..

    This would:

lower the population as people return home as jobs dry up.

    lower house prices

lower pollution, less people less pollution

    raise wages

get people saving again as interest rates rise.. without people saving our benefits system will collapse

no bailing out the Euro when it collapses

ive got a slight issue with theses made up stats.. once we take back our fishing waters and most of France is on fire due to protests.. we would have to increase our boats and exports making the industry thrive.. fishing towns should be full of money..

also what about the £ billions we save in not paying Brussels.. We could educate our own doctors and nurses instead of stealing everyone else’s

No deal is fantastic, what an opertunity to fix the country.. where do I sign.. ??

How much of a collapse would this cause to the EU?

I own a decent lump of physical gold for just such eventualities (as everyone should). More to the point, a good hard negative shock to the economy capable of wiping out the bubble of phantom equity in the housing market might actually put the UK on track to a sustainable recovery.

Exactly Brexit will save us from the banks and mps.. more of the same will only continue the destruction.. we must leave..

Yes but you have to have the right politicians with some brains to at least begin to tackle climate change. Do you think Gove is your action saviour ? No, I didn't think so.

Frankly, looking at the way humans are going, it's probably time to hand it on to another species anyway.

But how does remaining in the EU with open boarders protect my kids? We need to reduce the population, it was already declining before immigration.. Then automate jobs, and build renewables..

We need to get rid of all these politicians.. they are pure evil, run by lobbyists and self serving interest.. but we have the exact same politicians in Brussels that we can’t get rid of..! That’s a worry.. Tony bomb people to death btl landlord Blair was in line for the top job!

He could run the U.K. again and we would be stuck with him!

We must leave, we must save what little remains of a once half decent country.. before immigration.

    before:

    fgm

    child brides

    forced arranged marriages

    before Islamic terrorists

    before epedemic knife crime..

our benefits system is crumbling paying out for all this cheap Labour, it’s cheap for business but expensive for society..

Whilst I agree with you about May's "pointless" deal, there are those who consider it a viable option. So, in the interest of fairness and democracy, I think it important to give the people the right to chose between the three options.

    Leave

    or

leave with Brussels stich up deal..

    ?

what is wrong with you people.. look at the news paper.. crime is through the roof, UN poverty investigations..

Remain is a road to poverty! More people and more crime.. more third world living standards.

our economy is toast! The EU is toast..

Be the first off the titanic not the last, ask Jack..

Well then, let’s put a stop to all this cooperation and collaboration between countries, pull up the draw-bridge, feed ourselves on a diet of Daily Wail rather than money and watch the world burn its way toward us.

    ????

your right.. lets cut down all our trees to build houses for millions more people!

Even though we can’t even feed ourselves! God you remain voters would kill us all for money..

We import 65% of our food, when in your wise opinion are we full?

Serious question how many more million can we squeeze in? And how would we feed them if an environmental, war or currency crash was to happen?

  8. 300 scientists and 13 federal agencies, found that wildfires, storms and heatwaves will become common place.. leading to costal property disappearing and food shortages..

We import 65% of our food in the U.K.. we are in deep poop if the scientists are correct!

    Lets keep those boarders open..

    you cant eat money..

Depends. Many have suffered from too much depopulation, making communities become increasingly unviable (and that's me saying that!) However the numbers required to turn that around are a drop in the ocean.

Since we have killed 60% of the worlds animal population since 1970, not having people on the island is a good thing in my opinion..

Having said that I would love to live in a small community away from this grotesque greed and corruption..

The thing about population increase, is the more people, from different coultures you throw into London the more divided it becomes..

I drive in London everyday, I lose track of how many times I get cut up, when I ride my push bike I had people swearing at me out their car windows as I was in their way.. people are sick of people and that’s not a healthy environment to a peaceful community..

she could end up being one of many who end up boring everyone with their tale of their property was once worth £300,000 and now it is back to £150,000, which I personallly will take great joy in

Our U.K. debt is through the roof since 2008

A government eventually will have to find a way to reverse/pay down this debt!

    So its:

    income tax increase?

land tax (bad if you have many houses)

Something has to change, our economy is not viable and will never be able to pay back our debts without some sort of wealth tax..

They can’t take anymore from those at the bottom, and they can’t really squeeze those in the middle too much without committing political suicide..

So houses are a massive storage of wealth that needs to be exploited, they caused most of the debt, so they should be responsible for repaying that debt!

I am not sure that we are able to fix the problems at source.  Also even if we could fix Colombia (for example) coming here, lying and getting free housing would still be attractive.   Giving less attractive housing would help instead of London a remote Scottish Island that wants more people.

A remote Scottish island would not be beautiful for long if you did that.. best leave it remote.. protect nature..

The most famous recent case was the sydanese "refugee", who when he became a British citizen wanted to go back home on holiday and accidentally hit several cyclists with his car, whilst driving in London.

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6060821/Sudanese-immigrant-terror-attacker-drove-London-hours-smashing-car-cyclists.html

We can’t save the world by moving it’s population to Europe, all we have achieved is to drag Europe back to the dark ages..

The problems must be fixed at source..

  13. The bigger picture! We import 65% of our food as we don’t have the land to feed ourselves..

We have 12 years to stop destroying the planet or half of Africa will be heading north with only the hard line Germans to stop the boats.. ?

1.5 degree rise in global temperature would flood London!

feck the economy it’s ******,, we need less people or start building a safe room in your house as we run out of food..

    So what.. WOW really

We are killing the planet and you don’t care..

Cancer rates have gone from 1 in 4 to 1 in 2

we have poisoned everything, soil, water, air.. What kills the 60% of the planets animals is killing us..

Money is not real, it made up..

we must reduce our population to sustainable levels..

    Almost read likes spoof.

'I have 8 BTL properties in my name, they are all at 75% LTV and are on interest only mortgages. They were all bought with the last 2-3 years and therefore the only equity I have in each property is the 25% deposit paid at the start of the mortgage. There has been limited price increase on these properties.

The problem is remortgaging into the LTD will mean higher fees, stamp duty, higher rates and each property would cost be £5000-£6000 to remortgage. I do not have money available to pay the fees for one property never mind the others.'

Poster earns 100k in healthcare but does not have a pension.

He deserves to lose his shirt.. pure greed.. why take 8 houses off others who only want homes..

    He’s a complete Hunt..

Their plan is to inflate the debt away along with any savings ! quite how they do this with suppressed wages is anyone's guess. Citizens income ? 1k a month for everyone to make up the short fall in confetti salaries, money creation at a direct level rather than hidden through debt.

They have already been doing that for years!

housing benefits £27 billion per year

working tax credits £32 billion per year

without these 2 benefits alone house prices would crash!

unlike those who are paying a landlords rent

funny, if the report had said prices were falling you would have said it was a robust report

I can’t wait for it all to collapse.. it’s going to be great.. I hope we get lots of stories of landlords that have lost everything.. what the slavers deserve..

I don’t think there is much pressure for forced sales. I’ve just renewed my mortgage, I went for a 5 year fix (gets me on the home straight on the mortgage and less risky given any post Brexit Currency Collapse), last time it was 2.48% ,  the new one is 1.8%.

Saves £200 pm interest, dropping the mortgage from £2450 pm down to £2230.

I’m half hoping for a nice inflationary dose so I can pay it off with spare change.

    £2230 mortgage ?

Thats mental.. no wonder shops are closing.. That can’t leave much spare cash..

    On Brexit..

The £ lost more of its value when the banking racket robbed us in 2008..

    $2 to £1

    €1.56 to £1

Before Soros tried to crash the £ to make profit..

No, that is expropriation w/o compensation and it flies in the face of common law that goes back ages. You can do a Land Value Tax or equivalent, this will make profiteering on land speculation obsolete.

Where do you think the royal family and lords got all their land? They beat peasants and stole it!

But if someone gave you £500,000 with no strings, would your choice of property (assuming you do buy one) be at all influenced by future climate breakdown?

I would try and buy at the top of a hill, large amount of land with ability to grow food and draw water from the ground..

I quite fancy one of those houses where you dig into the side of a hill and then just have the door and windows showing.. earth keeps it warm in the winter and cool in the summer.. saves energy.. more secure.. blends in with nature..
