We have plans for 2600 sq foot 1 1/2 storey in a rural location on family land. Rectangular symmetrical house. Prices seem to vary a lot depending on who we speak to. Architect has advised roughly £65 per sq foot. Also how much is a sceptic tank to install? Any advice appreciated.
