  1. I've been tracking Dodworth in particular in the North of Barnsley with the aid of the property bee add on in mozilla and have noticed some nice drops, still not low enough and houses are sitting round for a good 18 months at the moment. This one had dropped from £230,00 in mid 2011 to £199.999, think it's probably worth about £185,000 at the moment. What did I do before property bee!
  2. This was bought for £249,000 in 2008 and now it's dropped to £199,950 ouch, that's gotta hurt! I see, the jokers had it on for £275,000 last summer! http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-30282418.html#backListLink=%2Fproperty-for-sale%2Ffind.html%3FlocationIdentifier%3DREGION%255E21925%26insId%3D2%26sortByPriceDescending%3Dfalse%26minPrice%3D180000%26maxPrice%3D200000%26minBedrooms%3D3
  3. Hello, Am currently saving for a deposit and whilst doing my weekly search of properties on right move, I've found this one. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-33331469.html Whats wombwell like itself? I've heard it's a bit of a dump... Won't be putting in a offer as I think the market has pretty much stagnated and am trying to get deposit to 25% LTV, which will take a little bit longer. Thanks
