Sure sign prices will rise, as they have done so far this year
Bbc: Unemployed predicted to rise to 2.6 million
The latest figures show 1.62 million people are unemployed, a number which has risen by more than 300,000 since last year.
Expected to go up to 2.6 million. Surely house prices are on the rise.

If prices are falling then there's a bit of a lag, which is probably right given the various support schemes the government has rolled out. Around here I've seen mostly asking price rises although new listings have naturally fallen though the floor, so small sample size warning applies etc.
More concerning is the prices I've been seeing in my quest for a new secondhand car. Those prices are most definitely not falling and that's with new listings still being put up, albeit only at a fraction of the number pre-lockdown.
