My last landlord lived in Jersey. I never met him as he just got the lettings agency to rake in the money for him. He actually did me a favour when after two years he decided he could “make more money from two flats” and gave me notice to move. I decided I preferred the security of my own property, rather than waiting for the crash that still hasn’t happened.

You are so right, whenever the correction starts to come. Interest rate cuts and money pumping starts to push up the asset pricing.
Recent one being the US and Australian rate cuts and money pumping.
