Guardian: UK house price slump

A surge in homeowners putting their property on the market – just as buyers melt away in summer – is depressing house prices, according to the biggest property website, Rightmove.

whatever anyone says prices are down 15% in London over the year. If its not already in the figures it will work its way into them.

This is not even on the right side of zero. We need a few more years of 15 per cent drop
