House Prices SOAR in London but falling EVERYWHERE else

living in west mids we rarely have anything to be cheerful about from national comparisons but this is at last some good news for a HPCer. Pity unrealistic sellers don't listen to this rather than the usual MSM ramping about prices skyrocketing
