Builder has sold more than 3,000 homes through Help to Buy

Persimmon says interest rates too high on Help to Buy 2

One of the UK'€™s biggest housebuilders, Persimmon, said it has yet to gain any tangible benefit to its business from the government'€™s Help to Buy Scheme because the mortgage rates being charged through the scheme are still too high.

  • We all know that the deflationistas have been wrong [so far] year after year after year.

    Looks a bit like their pushing on a piece of string, doesn’t it? The response will be more extreme money printing, met by more deflation, met by more & more extreme printing …
