Great summing up of the Osborne ponzi scheme

Keiser Report - Housing Bubble Ponzi

Brilliant news article summing up the political measures taking place right now to ensure the Conservatives are elected in 2015. Namely the Osborne Ponzi Fannie Mae replica and BOE collusion

  • Houses & flats go from being a place to live to being an investment as result of divorce, death, love and various other life events.

Since 2007/8 there has been a number of folk wanting to sell but holding back. Each year more people are added to this group, who have become reluctant landlords waiting for prices to go back to what they see as “proper levels”.

I know the arguements, but these folk are clearly fixated on the value they have in their heads. Whether the rising tide of house buyers, encouraged by the promise of quick gains will tempt these sellers onto the market, is debatable.

I know a couple of families who are about to take the plunge and sell. They have waited long enough! EAs – here is a chance to get some volume through the door, recruit now!

  • Max is the man, speaks truth in plain words – Osbourne’s is no Doubt the worst example of the Species I can think of at this time…oh but Blair’s still out there somewhere!

  • I am sure he previously said he would eat his pants in 12 months not 24 but hard to disagree with anything else.

  • Yeah I think he nails it pretty much. I fear we can’t quite predict when it will crash though. If something like 2017 then you are screwed if you buy a house and screwed if you don’t. A shame it has to be Russian Times bringing quality news, not like they don’t have a political agenda. But maybe we can trust RT to report on the UK and (some of) UK media to report on Russia?
