Syria is making a timely diversion on the TV channels.
Documents released this week show that the US agreed to Iraq’s use of chemical weapons on Iran – nice one Saddam. It seems such hypocrisy to announce “US outrage” this week over Syria (even if they did do it).
Meanwhile Hollande and Cameron are falling over each other to validate Obama’s upcoming attack. Doubtless the PM that can’t afford a million quid on useful projects in the midlands will soon be spending many times that (how much are these tomahawk missiles & drones?) in military hardware aimed at Syria. Maybe a recall of parliament is in order?
What else can happen? During the diversion JP Morgan and the Vampire Squid will probably make another big hit on Gold, it’s gone over $1400, currently.

Been a while since they launched any, and its far cheaper to fire the up and coming ‘use by dates’ at another country than it is to dispose of them
