So prices need to fally by around 1.4% to make it under the mystical 160k barrier.
It’s funny how 5 years of ‘surging’ prices equate to a price that is about the same as 5 years ago.

Even with low IRs and government support UK house prices are not keeping up with inflation, overall.
With no support from Lib/Lab/Con government, prices would have crashed long ago. Maybe the UK should have allowed a bit more air out of the UK’s bubble, just like the US did?
