London car park space priced at £275,000
"Could easily accommodate a Rolls Royce or two medium-sized cars" .. £275,000 is, by the way, a guide price. Nice touch that.

Eaaak, You can get a good 5 bed detached house within walking distance of the city center here for £275k / €323k.
Pure ignorance, propaganda and madness.
Rule, Britannia!

That works out at £5,000 or £10,000 per square yeard, depending how big it is etc, which is pretty much par for the course for the most expensive bits of central London.
Like I keep saying, the price differential between the most expensive and the cheapest bits of rural land is about 10,000. So a lockable garage at the back of a normal estate in a normal area would be £2,750 or something like that.
