Funny how DT readers shoot the messenger. They are so anti-Europe they cannot see the real problem with unemployment and debt is caused by the low-wage, poor working conditions competition from China the far east and third world. - oh and the bankers.

At least if you buy UK or EU produced stuff the money stays in the region, and the workers get reasonable wages and working conditions.

To compete in the world market such luxuries will not be allowed.
