Tumbling house prices are reinvigorating the property market in Scotland, with sales up across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
A year-on-year house price decline of 8.5 per cent in the capital, Edinburgh, has encouraged a jump in sales to the highest end of year level since 2007.
