house asking prices are still going up , and the frightening thing is people are paying them, can somebody tell me where the money is coming from as people i speak to arent getting pay rises ( except those on benefits ) and inflation is running at twice what the government states

I heard that foreigners buying expensive property in central London is allowing the sellers to downsize and give their kids a nice bit of cash. With France looking like the next country of capital flight, I start to despair!
