Bank of England to vote against more QE and base rate cut
The Bank of England is expected to take no major policy initiatives at its MPC meeting today.

Nothing happened today. I wonder what they talked about over lunch. Was it a 3 course or sandwiches?
I think they are waiting to see what will happen in Europe. All the Eurocrats are away till September, so unless the markets get rattled, its a “stay as you are situation”.
If you always do what you always did you will always get what you always got.
It seems the Coalition are far too timid to risk upsetting anyone to do anything constructive with the economy.
