Oh! The irony. The bailed out, bankrupt criminal banksters with their fat bonuses are worried that their customers may find it slightly less onerous to bail out and become bankrupt. LOL, ROFL!! Hahaha!

From what I know, you can register any assets in your spose’s name meaning creditors can’t touch it. Then, after a year you’re no longer bankrupt and… what? I know it must be more severe than that, but it just seems like a get-out-of-jail-free card.

I appreciate it is legal but should he allowed to be bankrupt in England simply because our laws are more favorable when the debt and property ’empire’ is in Eire? I dont think so.
