Dozens of public buildings are facing a sell-off as the county council reviews Â£280m worth of its property. Lancashire County Council has revealed it is looking for property experts to regenerate its ageing portfolio of nearly 100 properties. Meanwhile, the authority has also approached 25 other bodies, including the University of Central Lancashire, Lancashire Police and local district councils, to capitalise on a string of properties worth Â£3.5bn.
