Major fall in asking prices: Rightmove
Rightmove has reported that the average asking price of a property coming to market has fallen by £7,528 - -3.1% - in a month, the largest monetary fall since December 2007 and third largest percentage fall on record.

Just as the Haliwide indexes turn bullish you get a nice bearish lump from the least ‘reliable’ one historically ..
Sure it’s only asking prices but does hint at market sentiment?
