The Bank of England figures showed Britons pumped £5.832billion of equity into their homes in the first three months of this year, the smallest injection in a year.

personally for me this is very clear barometer of homeowner/consumer confidence and a clear signal that Happy Mondays has hit bang on..the tanks are running dry driven by rising prices everywhere
