Take a few of your mates and an accountant or two, set up a legislature and become an offshore tax/regulation haven dbw (doing business with) the City, Wall Street etc. Choose a speciality from a long list based on business type (arms, drugs, banks), type of financial disservice (tax avoidance, nebulous trusts etc.) and world region you’re servicing.
Branson’s business wouldn’t be half its size if he hadn’t made use of such services.
