  • 1.7%? A giant leap forward into the fabled crash, not. Meanwhile, I’m stuck in a poxy flat while my indebted mortgaged to the hilt friends are family are living the life of Riley courtesy of the taxpayer. At least 80% of the people I know are in arrears on their mortgage to some extent and they are convinced they are safe. It may happen, (20 years?) but I will be too old to benefit. Thank God I’m not an str.
