London Luxury-Home Values Rise as Euro-Region Buyers Seek Haven

"London luxury-home values rose in November for the first time in five months as the debt crisis in the euro region prompted more buyers to compete for a dwindling number of homes for sale, Knight Frank LLP said".

  • I don’t get it. These rich folk must come to London, see what they can get for their money, then laugh at the bubble-like proportions and head straight back home. Besides, which countries are they fleeing? In e.g. Ireland or Germany your money goes a lot further, property-wise, than in London!
