Sib’s, the EA’s will soon be advocating price reductions – they need turnover/volume – a static market will drive them out of business (unless they have several other strings to their bow of course)
Halifax EA advising someone I know to drop price again ie further 10% due to no movement in 12 month period (and I have to say it is a nice 3 bed detached in a good area)

We’re not boshie nor silent. Truth about the falling house prices hurts most those who have vested interests.

Tenuous link: My wife used to teach with Cheryl Hall (who plays Wolfie’s girlfriend) – A house in the street Cheryl used to live in has just appeared on nethouseprices at a price 35% below the price the owners paid for it in 2006. It was sold through an EA and was on the market for two years, so it’s not a repo. I didn’t have to shout anything to achieve this!
