Persimmon sees little sign of pick up

  • “Banks have pulled back from lending during the recession and housebuilders have called on the government to put pressure on lenders to make more available for prospective home owners”. In the interest of those prospective home owners no doubt.

    “The outlook for sales and volumes for the full year of 2011 is as usual dependent upon the forthcoming spring selling season” = We saw nothing of the usual autumn surge in 2010, so we’re praying for the usual spring surge in 2011.
