    I watched the 3 episodes (janet and john)to most on here myself included ,but for the heads in the sand brigade (majority)it would have been a valuable insight the only problem being i doubt many of that type of person watch programs like that after all its not big brother or what katie did next is it.

  • Many of these people are incapable of managing their money and should never have been lent any in the first place .

    Not reading the small print is plain lazy .

    They don’t seem to be capable of basic maths or understanding compound interest .

    I’ve just watched this and it explains why property is so expensive in Bournemouth.
    The clockmaker makes the bloke with a Motorbike look like a financial genius.
    I wonder how much money he will make on his BTLs after paying 4.79% ?
    I can’t believe that anyone could borrow 275 x salary. I would still be worried about
    borrowing 4x.
