The Chinese market has been flagged as a probable major fault line – my badly spelt point, was that there seems to be parallels in the rising price//falling rent contradiction……suggesting that there is no ‘shortage’ in China either, and that its all been a bubble caused by cheap money.Anyway,,,,,I never get drunk 🙂
