UK may not have emerged from recession after all

Official figures on investment could mean the feeble 0.1% growth in the UK economy at the end of last year could turn out to have been negative when the number is revised tomorrow

  • As I suggested… no surprise here. Gotta love the headlines that we’d pulled ourselves out of recession on a ~40% data reading that our GDP went up 0.1% without any mention of the implied likelihood of the fact.
