Now we know where the Fokker is exposed

Times: The Dubai dilemma

Stuart Law, from Assetz, says: “If you’ve got the money and the product is finished now is actually a great time for investors to buy in Dubai because the rental demand is there.” He does warn, however, that you will be swimming against the current. “But of course most people are panicking and trying to get out.” ... I predict this Stuart Azzetz will go under by Xmas

Repeat after me, Stuart: 'Now ... is ... not ... always ... the ... right ... time ... to ... buy', then we'll have another go at 'This is not the right time to buy'.

Sounds like those Gold Bulls out there - invested interested - they actually have no idea why their particular asset should continue to rise.

I don't think he's exposed at all, confused76. Law is a property dealer i.e. he takes a cut on transactions. The more transactions he handles the more he makes so his advise will be similar to an estate agent - it's never a bad time to buy. I would be very interested to know whether Mr Law is buying any property right now; my guess is not.
