Wow, 10 years. That's a very scary thought.

Personally, I still have my hopes pinned on a correction over the next 2 yrs. (Might have been through it by now if financial regulation, and BOE rate setting had been responsible since back in late 05).

I guess we can only hope the leeches are satisfied with the volume they have consumed.
