Can't quote but essentially says that the problems with the UK housing sector are not going to go away

Where have all the beautiful people gone – Hibernation?
Hibernation is a state of inactivity and metabolic depression in HPC’s
Hibernation in HPC’s may last several days, weeks or in this case years, and lead to endless resentment and denial.
One animal that some famously consider a hibernator is the “bearâ€, although bears do not go into “true hibernation”, they merely plod on for years in a semi-comatose state. During a bear’s state of denial, the degree of metabolic depression is much less than that observed in HP bulls, who remain actively awake and full of the joys of life.

I agree on the hibernation state,& most of the UK population are in this semi comatose condition, blinkers on ear flaps down, however sometimes it pays to be patient, let all the desperate people & greedy plebs go over the top first into the abyss & hail of machine gun fire, then surface, picking up the debris at the aftermath..
You only have to look at Spain to see what happens to bulls there, either in the housing market or by the matadors sword!
I do not think hp bulls are actively awake they have one goal, money..And as Bruce Lee said ” Look beyond the pointing finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory”

When I joined HPC I had no idea what a bull or a bear was, after several months I reached this understanding.
Bulls in nature are not the brightest and only survive the butchers block by being used to screw the herd.
Bears on the other hands have a repuation for wisdom and months of contemplative hybernation returning to the world renewed with clarity of vision .
