UK Buy to Let Market to Recover Soon – Landlord Assist
The latest information presented by Landlord Assist, British service for tenant eviction and rent arrears collection, suggests that the Brtitish buy to let market is on the verge of recovery. Landlord Assist reacted to the recent report compiled by one of the online buy to let sources, which revealed a 50% increase in the number of buy to let mortgages since last August.

I love these strange juggling acts…
the housing market has stabilised so house buyers will not buy and carry on renting, YET in the same realm, BTL will buy because the housing makret has stabilised. At the same time, the cost of credit will remain low as we in a recession BUT all these people will be coming in to the UK in droves (despite the average ones, as opposed to the super rich, all currently leaving).
No base effects on the “surge” then?
As an aside. I may be wrong, but yields do not include capital appreciation?
