These pokey apartments are not £64k, they range £91,995 to £116,995 (you take a 64k mortgage and a loan for the rest).

Look at the room dimensions … I have a built in wardrobe not much smaller than the second bedroom and the kitchen is just a row of cupboards and a sink along one wall of the living room. Even if I was mad enough to buy this crud, I wouldn’t give you any more than £50k tops for it.
