Phil Spencer's property company appears to be the latest victim of housing slump

Hang on how could this have happened? I am flumoxed - please explain to me how this article can be true? This CANT be happening to such a renowned property market expert and well connected individual.

  • As I said in the post below, whe, not if, Garrington goes to the wall, I would wager that their debts and the amount of money the “folically challenged one” has paid oput from his own pocket are related. Phil and his missus will not go bankrupt, but Garrington will, owing thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, maybe even more, and so in my opinion , he is lying thwooo his teethy pegs.

    “A buyer is being sought but if one is not found, it is feared that all eight staff at its office in Chelsea, London, could lose their jobs.”….I’m in tears here……Can’t stop larfing………Love the line “Chelsea, London”…..not the “Chelsea in Skelmerdale” then !!!!

    And surely with house prices bouncing up by 1.9% this month all the worry is over?
