  • year on year is one thing – but since the peak the rate of decline will be more like 14% or very close to it

  • Well we can now all relax as 1.7% a month is the stable rate of decline 🙂

Been watching two grand a month come off the value of my house for the last 12 months non-stop, not anymore though, I’ve offloaded it to some other mug. A first time buyer too – what a sap!

I would have probably hung on, but thanks to some BTL idiot filling next door with imbeciles my life has been made hell for two years.

What a broken dream this home ownership has become in the UK.

  • Crashwatcher says:

The spokes person for nationwaide said the drop had stabilised – I assume she means its stabilised at 1.7% a month – isn’t that am annual rate of 20.4%.

  • I was more amused by this story http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/7646880.stm. Sebastian Clarke from Aberystwyth in this story is played by US TV and film actor Jason Lee.

Proof we can’t believe a word they say

  • Albertini Albertino says:

Annual rate at 1.7%/mo is 18.6%, not 20.4%.
