no buyers are just wise now
As if world has come to a halt
In the beginning Ian Broadfoot thought his problems selling the family home in Inverness were a hangover of the winter. But having remained unsold since March, it appears the property, like thousands of others across Scotland, is frozen in the glacier-like housing market. Mr Broadfoot, 60, who is now trying to rent out the house, said: "It just seems to be that everything has stopped. "It is almost as if the world has come to a halt."

So prices have not fallen through the floor ? If none are selling, how do you know ?

Appears to me that Mr Broadfoot has been a greedy old miser – most of us would be happy with just one house

All Mr Broadfoot need do is wait, the house will sell itself in a couple of years time – when it’s down by 50% 😉
Renting won’t solve his problems either, unless he is renting it out for the three grand a month it is loosing!
One thing is for sure, when this housing market does hit rock bottom, these BTL morons are going to burn up badly, as all these people renting will shift into buying again. Now that I am looking forward to. Hopefully payback will be a real Bitch.

Reduce the price by 50%, then houses start selling like pancakes.
