More job losses in construction…
134 jobs go at McLean
ADMINISTRATORS have announced 134 redundancies in the contracting division of construction and property development group David McLean Holdings.

Hi M…yep you are right, the job cuts and busts at the top of the heap with building and construction firms will be felt right down through the supply chain….same with EA’s…..love them or hate them….less advertising, printed materials, (posh mini’s and hair gel in the case of Poxtons)….solicitors fees, removal firms, DIY stores…the list goes on.
All I wanted was affordable houses…and I got an EFFIN global meltdown.

yes but you have got to remember all the big employers like dyson, rover ,etc already gone not many big employers left this recession is going to be small businesses collapsing and small groups of people being layed off just lots of us, not huge groups as not many big groups left when these banks start restructuring as to many branches on high street and duplicatejobs at head offices then 10’s thousands of jobs will go. norwich union said 135 jobs to go at norwich these will all add up we’re in a right mess
