  • OK

    Got it now : Nice!!!
‘Six months ago, he reacted furiously to suggestions that financial difficulties had led him and Ms Turner, 48, to cancel their annual summer charity ball.
He said: ‘I am sitting in our £5million chateau in Megeve in the Alps. I will sue anyone who says that Imagine Homes is in financial difficulty. We are 20 per cent owned by HBoS and we have huge profits that have yet to materialise.’
But that was before the credit crunch began to bite.’
but not before HPC warned him.

  • I can’t make that London meetup, away on business until 26th this month. I’d turn up to another one though …

Grant and Anthea. Haha. I never really liked Anthea Turner.

  • Hmmm – 20% owned by HBOS – 6 months ago.

I wonder if there is a Colleys surveyor somewhere hoping he has not been too generous with his valuations!!. Nah! – I don’t suppose HBOS would sue themselves for overvaluing if that was the case!!!

  • “Mr Bovey left the mother of his three girls for Ms Turner”. I wonder if his ex-wife misses him? She was good friends with Anthea before he two-timed her.

Dreadful shame about the BtL empire….!

Halifax should have stuck to what they were good at…simple bread & butter mortgages with 3.25x income and 10% down.
