Financial crisis: Estate agents 'selling only one property a week'

The survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) showed that house sales have dropped to their lowest level since records began 30 years ago.

  • the following agents in cheshire have put prices up…

    Swetenhams
    Reads Rains

    Clive Watkins and Karl Tatlers work as a team, spicing prices and for sale signs into sold ones..
    why don’t they simply advise their clients to drop prices and they will then sell… they are acting like greedy school kids who think it is all over… it is far from over we will have a hard recession..

    THIS IS NOW A BUYERS STRIKE UNTIL PRICES DROP…………….
