It is a pity the FSA was busy doing nothing before and after the 2003!!! documentary by the BBC about these practises.
Is anyone really buying the fact that the lenders themselves were not aware of these practises? The brokers and the estate agents may well be scum, but the brokers are just the scapegoats for the banks.
