No way…..I really mean ‘no way’!
'Free £50,000 car with your home' ploy hailed a success
A PLOY to shake off the housing market blues by giving away £50,000 executive cars with every apartment sold has been a success, a Newquay estate agent has claimed. "The buy to let market is a great option for people to not only cover their mortgage but also make money.” * What a load of Bo11ockz!

Range Rover on a mortgage – oh dear.
BTW I have no problem with RR’s there almost British. But please, as a discount.
Who’s financing these deals.
Surveyor – this flat looks as though it’s woth 250k not the 300k you’ve paid Sir.
Oh, it comes with a fitted Range Rover in the Garage, sorry I missed that on the particulars. Yes the Northern Rock will be fine with that.

“We still feel that the market is buoyant”. So buoyant that they can’t sell a £150k apartment without throwing in a £50k vehicle.
I wonder how many apartments of the £150k variety were sold compared with those of the £1.25m variety. Buyers of the former could turn a quick profit in taking the car and then flogging the apartment for anything above £100k (assuming they wanted the new car anyway).

£150k apartment with a £50k vehicle? Clearly a £100k worth apartment with a mug buyer.
