Never before have there been so many squalid, dilapidated homes on the market – and they’re helping to exaggerate already-plummeting home prices.
These homes for sale suck
Mold, maggots and piles of festering trash - no wonder home prices are in freefall.

The law is different here of course and people being reposessed have every incentive to leave the house in a decent condition because the banks will come after them for any gap between the sell price and what they owe.

i have seen several houses in the UK that had been repo, walls inside had been knocked down, general damage and lack of maintenance……….This is very applicable as any further downturn in the states affects UK banks…… only gordon brown would say such a stupid thing…lol
