Dubai developers take steps to curb selling on the secondary property market
Developers in Dubai are taking a warning about rampant speculative activity across the Emirates' property market so seriously that there are moves to discourage and even prevent selling on the secondary market.

Oh, I feel sorry for all these people with money burning holes in their pockets… where are they going to put it, if property speculation becomes unrewarding? Gold? Tulips? The way things are going, the slave trade will start up again, thanks to speculation, and we’ll have another South Sea Bubble. (Slave Futures? There’s a movie plot in there somewhere.)

Money to burn? Why not invest in starting some sort of manufacturing base in a place which would benefit us all in the UK, ie in the UK?
