Nice little hopeful article and understandably so under the circumstances. The name of his Company could turn out to be a profoundly prophetic phrase. Any businessman who can survive this one has got to be brilliant. So we will see in due time.

It has caught out those who believed that houses only go up in price, and that cheap credit is a right not a privilage. You have to be a pretty poor businessman not to make money in a rising market. The wise money was out last year and does not keep carping on about how we are set for a recovery.
