    Can you add max LTV, that is vitally important here.

    Wimps, anyway. I bought a house in 1998, ten years fixed 6.85%, that didn’t hurt me (although with the benefit of hindsight, I should have done variable. Ah well)

  • I’m not surprised, in fact the only surprise is that it has taken this long to get to that level.

    Regular savings accounts have been offereing 7% + for about a year.
