Shame really, they provide such a valuable service (not!)
Fear of closure for 4,000 estate agents
A third of Britain's estate agents could be forced to close this year as the number of house sales plunge. Predictions made by the biggest network of independent estate agencies, Movewithus, estimates that around 4,000 of the country's 12,000 property businesses will shut by December.

Only the EAs who adopt a sensible pricing (down) policy maintain cash flow. Those who fail to adopt this policy, I’m
thinking the likes of Poxtons, will go under.

Does anyone know why pecker frequents this site? He doesn’t seem to be in the slightest bit interested in the topic. He must have an awful lot of time on his hands.
Guess he must be an estate agent.
