Seen how the pound has dropped against the Euro ? 80p/£1. The printing presses must be running flat out. Still, I had agood day today, I found a £10 note in the gutter in the High Street this morning. (Yes really.)

That’s the only way most people are going to make anything this year.

Will the sheeple really understand the connection between montetary policy, fiscal policy, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates and economic growth? The Express surely doesn’t get it.
To answer my own question – I doubt it. But it doesn’t really matter as Crash Gordon is toast anyway.
Whether Cameron/Osborne will do any better remains to be seen of course – do they have the guts to be truthful here, that a quick, deep correction is better in the long run? Somehow – I doubt it.

I’d replace the word “extinction” with “execution”. It seems as though it is open season on el Gordo. He will no doubt go down in history as Labour’s worst ever leader/PM, potentially worse than Michael Foot.

I agree with what you are saying, but that will probably be the beginning of the decline of this indisputable party of Twerps. I would think that just about every thinking citizen has had just about all they can take from these parasites who are draining every aspect of decency from the country. ———— NO CONFIDENCE ———- Get rid of them.

Greytornado, that £10 note will only be good for wiping something soon, as opposed to spending.

It’s nice of them to stick a picture of Housing Minister Caroline Flint on the front cover.

Trouble is the Tories aren’t any better. What we need is revolution. Or proportional representation, whichever is easier.

Oooooh the nostalgia! Just like starting over… (in 1978-9) again….
